For safety and comfort, please do not bring children or pets to your appointment. Lash extension services require a quiet and controlled environment, and clients must keep their eyes closed for an extended period.
To ensure fairness and respect for everyone’s time, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment.
Same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service price.
No-shows (arriving without any notice) will also be charged 100% of the service price.
Frequent cancellations or no-shows may result in restricted future bookings.
Please arrive on time to receive the full service.
If you are 15 minutes late, the remaining time may not be enough to complete the service properly.
In this case, the appointment may need to be rescheduled, as rushing the process can affect the quality and retention of your lashes.
A rebooking fee or new set fee may apply depending on the situation.
To qualify for a refill:
You must return within 2–3 weeks of your last appointment.
At least 40% of your lash extensions must still be intact after removing grown-out lashes.
If less than 40% remains, or if it has been longer than 3 weeks, the appointment will be considered a New Set.
Lashes applied by another technician may need to be removed before a new set can be applied.
A $10 removal fee applies for work done elsewhere.
Depending on the condition, a fill may not be possible, and a full removal + new set may be required.

Eye irritation or redness
Styes or infections
Allergic reactions
Recent eye surgery or cosmetic procedures - Lash extensions cannot be applied under these circumstances.
Please arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes.
Oil, mascara, eyeliner, and leftover makeup can affect retention and increase service time.
If a lash cleanse is required, it may reduce the time available to apply lashes or result in an additional fee.
Credit card, debit card, e-transfer, and cash payments are accepted.
A 5% GST will be added to all services.
All service fees must be paid at the end of the appointment.
Proper after-care is essential for lash retention. Clients who do not follow after-care instructions (cleaning, avoiding oils, avoiding rubbing, etc.) may experience faster shedding, which is not refundable or eligible for complimentary fixes.
