Here are the precaution measures we are implementing to ensure the safety of all our clients and staffs. 

FACE MASK POLICY
for Our Clients

We're pleased to announce that due to the updated guidance from BC Health Authority, effective March 11th 2022, wearing a mask for our clients during service is voluntary.

for The LaLa Lash

Since 2016, the year of The LaLa Lash opened, we have been wearing masks during our services. This is a standard practice in the industry and will continue.

HERE ARE OUR PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES FOR SAFETY. 

  • Any non-essential items that could potentially transfer germs or viruses have been removed. 

  • Discontinued the practice of handshaking and non-essential contact. 

  • Disposing of any single-use items. 

  • Disinfecting bed & work surfaces and ventilate room for 10-15 mins between each client.

  • Hand sanitizer / soap are made available. 

  • Keeping physical distance during consultations. 

  • Minimizing verbal communication during eyelash extensions.

  • Payment terminal is sanitized between each client.

  • Regular touched surfaces are consistently wiped down and disinfected. 

  • Sterilizing all tools between each client. 

  • Taking only one client each appointment. 

  • Using disposable pillow cover. 

  • Wearing disposable face mask during work hours.

PLEASE HELP US! :

  • A strict policy is in place for personal who has symptoms of cough, fever or respiratory distress. 

  • By appointment only. No walks ins. 

  • Please DO NOT come to your appointment if you are exhibiting any of the following symptoms : fever, shortness of breath, loss of sense of taste or smell, dry cough, runny nose or sore throat (cancellation fee will be waived). 

  • Please come by yourself (NO pets and NO children) to the appointment. 

  • Waiting area is available.  

  • Wearing face mask is voluntary for clients.
