My name is Rachel Kang and I am a certified Eyelash Extensions Specialist based in Vancouver and North Vancouver where I studied eyelash extension. I’m originally from South Korea and I constantly work to improve my skills through further courses in Vancouver and in Korea. And The LaLa Lash has Business License approved by North Vancouver City Hall and Business Registration in BC Business Registry.
