POLICY

  • Appointments can be made online, email and through text.

  • Appointment reminder will be sent via Text message 2-3 days prior to appointment.

  • Cancellations less than 48 hours will be charged 50% of service to future appointment.

  • Please arrive to appointment with clean lashes (no makeup). 

  • Please arrive on time by checking ETA for any delays or traffic.

  • No caffeine prior to appointment as it causes jittery eyes.

  • No extra guests or pets.

  • No show appointments will be charged cost of full service to future services.

  • If more than 15 minutes late, appointment will be canceled automatically.

  • Scheduling for fill should be scheduled in 2 - 3 weeks from the previous appointment. A scheduled appointment over 3 weeks from the previous appointment will need to be a New Set. 

  • 40% of lashes must be remaining to be considered a fill. 

  • We offer fills even if your current extensions are from another lash places, but only if they are in good condition. If not, we'll remove them and give you a New Set.

PAYMENTS

  • We accept payments including Visa, Master, American Express, Debit Cards and E-transfer 

  • We still accept cash payment. 

  • 5% GST is extra.
